efficiency of your computer and accounting system. Help Desk is offered in plans that allow you to pre-purchase blocks of time for technical/accounting telephone support – saving you time and money. Our Help Desk technicians and accountants are available to you 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, and are ready to answer your call and solve your system problems. AND, if your problem requires onsite service, we will dispatch a qualified technician to your office, or work with your current provider. Currently, our customers are paying as little as
$20.50 per call (7 minute) for technical and accounting telephone support. With this
Help Desk offer,
you can choose your savings from one of the following plans: Silver: 220 minutes of support $500
Gold:
500 minutes of
support $1,000
Platinum: 900 minutes of support $1500 *Dispatch service is not included in any offer and is a billed service. *
Minimum billing of seven minutes applies to all plans. All
prices quoted in U.S. Dollars.
